Hi All,
I am working with Avaya Modular Messaging 5.2
I know we can put a password on the broadcast mailbox to access and listen to messages like any other mailbox. As of right now it seems that anyone that accesses there own mailbox can use the send message option to that Broadcast box( assuming they know that box number )and send out a company wide message. It seems that there has to be away to protect this from happening ? I looked in the COS in MM and did not see a feature to turn on or off broadcast rights in the COS. Is there a away to either prevent this by using a password or COS ? Thanks in advance for any help !
