At the moment we have a modular messaging system that keeps adding the message;

from: ftp://ftp.avaya.com/incoming/Up1cku9/tsoweb/unified/octelacm.exe
Save the attached file. Open it with Sound Recorder or Media Player."
Does anyone know how to get rid of it??
Note: We are getting it in all emails irrelevant of add-on being installed or not.
