Modular Messaging Application Error 1796

That one is new to me. It sounds like someone was trying to change the TUI or COS of the mailbox while it was in use.
Can you post the error from the app log?

I'm not having any luck attaching or uploading the actual event but I did manage to find a PCN for MM 3.0 SP1(even though we are 3.1) that stated if the MM Connector service wasn't started that this could be one of the errors it would generate. Unfortunately I didn't drill down deep enough before rebooting both app servers since it the impact to our end users was starting to creep upwards.
