Modular Messaging 5.2 TUIs Single Server 1

I've loaded MM successfully but it defaults to the Area TUI - I think. Does anyone no how to change the default TUI?

No way to do that other than going to the active COS and changing it there or using 2nd Nature.

I by no means am an MM expert but I assume you mean Class Of Service and I don't understand "2nd nature" - Is this in the mail box TUI?

COS is Class of Service on the MSS Virtual on the single platform.

2nd Nature was a separate software that can be purchased for the MM. Originally MM had a free copy provided of Mailbox Manager (versions 1.0 - 5.0) but newer versions (5.1 & 5.2) require purchasing the software. This allows for multiple changes on the MSS database. You could also use Avaya Site Administration or Provision too.
