Is it possible to have multiple prompts play depending on location

MM (2.0) system resides in Paris (France).
Another office in Nice (France) also uses the MM voicemail.

It is currently playing prompts in French.

However remote office in Hamburg (Germany) currently uses the voicemail but would like German prompts played specific to Germany.

Is this possible?

What prompts do you mean? you can set the mailboxes to use any prompts that you have loaded on the system and the same with caller apps

Hi Omac112211, I don't know if this will work for you since my system is 3.0, but try launching the subscriber options page for one of the users, then click on the telephone access tab. There should be a field with a drop down list for alternate languages.

I didn't set up our Modular Messaging system, but I've got a wide variety of languages to choose from. I was able to set up one test mailbox with French prompts and the other with German prompts. The system still prompts for a mailbox in English, then everything else is in the language selected.

I suppose if you wanted to make the entire system one language, you would make a change in the VMSC. Hope this helps. Good luck.
