Modular Message Question

Hello,

I am told that new Modular Messaging systems only support SIP integration to CM. Does SIP integration require the use of Medpro circuit packs and an SES server? These cards are not cheap and just looking for a quick answer.

Current environment is mult-connect with an intuity audix at CM3.1.

Not necessarily a MedPro but a DSP resource of some kind. MedPro, MedRez, MD80(Gateway DSP) etc and either SES on older CM version or Session Manager on newer installations are required for MM integration.

You do not need a medpro just for MM. If you have capacity on your current ones, then you should be fine.
