Programmer
Hello gentlemen,
Yesterday I saw something very strange. The customer has a MICS 6.1 with 28 T7316Es, a PRI and CallPilot 100. The receptionist has an M7324 with a CAP.
After experiencing a power outage for about 2 hours on Monday, the system came back up but all the set names were gone. Every set's prime line had changed from icm to none and every set's handsfree setting had changed from auto to none. All other program fields were intact and unaffected. The CallPilot was unaffected. I reloaded the missing settings and everything appears to be fine now.
I've been working on MICS almost daily since it was introduced in '94 and have never witnessed anything like this.
There's been a few times I've seen the entire database go south but never just isolated areas of programming.
Anyone ever seen this before?
~ Lanny
