Hello to all,
I am writing today to ask for help, I have users complaining about error messages while using Photoshop and Windows Explorer, when they are transfering images from the IE to Photoshop they have this recurrent error:
AppName: explorer.exe
Appver: 6.02900.2180
ModName: gdiplus.dll
ModVer: 5.1.3102.2180
OffSet: 0014c2e1
Their application crashes and can't do nothing but terminate it.
Does anybody have heard or knows how to troubleshoot it?
Thanks for your help in advance,
Alex Alas

Linney,
Thank you for replying to my cry of help, I went to both links you attached here and the second one is not working, I don't know if maybe there is a mistype on the URL that is blocking me the access to it or if you know another way to get there I will appreciate if you can include it in you next message.
Thanks again,
Alex

is the correct link, that site seems to be having problems with several of its links.

Have a look at this "AppName: excel.exe. AppVer: 11.0.5612.0. ModName: gdiplus.dll. ModVer: 6.0.3260.0. Offset: 00082f15." on this resolving page (and try some of the other links too) and you will see what I mean.

Have a look on Google there were plenty of hits for this type of error. See if you can find a better Gdiplus.dll, perhaps a later version.

I'll take a look to that excel error, I saw it before, i think but I just didn't look at it because they were two different applications but I will review now.
Thanks for your input
Alex
