I added a new sip provider to one of our customers (mcd6 and mbg8)and when receiving incomming calls through that provider we are getting too many information in the CLI. When users receive a call They see 01123454then the country call then area code and last the number.

Isn't there a way to modify this so user only see area code plus the number?

Thanks guys,

Dan

Yes but I can't remember what version it came in.(I think MCD 5.0)

The form you are looking for is 'Inward Dialing Modification' (Under System Feature Settings)
You then assign this to the SIP trunk in the 'SIP Profile Calling Party Inward Dialing Modification' form.

It was introduced in MCD 5.0
