Modifying notes to see all instead of just a certain # of characters

Crystal Reports came with another software program that we have to generate the reports that are generated by the this particular software program. When viewing the reports the notes that are shown are limited to two lines, when in many cases it ends up cutting off the notes before the whole thing has been displayed.

I've been told that there is a place to modify the notes from short to long, but I have searched and haven't been able to find out where I do this at.

Open the report in Crystal, right click the field and select format field.

Turn on the Can Grow. This may cause failures within your application though if it's controlling everything.
