Paul,
You have recordset(s) created, and want to manipulate the data? Are you using Access?, SQL?, ADO?, RDO? ect.? I can send you related information from the MSDN Library. Will that help? Or are you looking for keywords like 'Append', 'AddNew', and 'Update'?

I've got most of it working now, just the last bit......

I'm get the access database via the Data tool bar and can add and delete record by using:

Database.Recordset.Delete
Database.Recordset.AddNew

(database is just the allocation name I used)

This all works ok, but I need to be able to modify, and then save changes to a record.

This is all very simple stuff! its for an interview I have to teach at a school ! any ideas !!

Database.Recordset.Edit
