Modifying an Existing report template in report studio 10

we have a custom template built and at the time an image placeholder was inserted into it. Now it is time to add the image to it. How is this done. I have modified the templates.xml file to include the image and its locat5ion but it is not reflecting on the reports.

Any help woudl be immensly appreciated

Changes won't be reflected untill you restart Cognos. Did you restart the services?
