I have a request to add a field to a report that has a "TTX" file as it's datasource. I need to add a transaction type field. I can open the TTX file and add the field name, string data(length of 8) and a sample string of "Payment". What I cannot figure out is how to associate the new marker with the transaction type field in the database. The only thing that shows up in the report is the sample string. I have never worked with this data source and I am stumped. I have reviewed a few other threads and some mention clicking on "Verify Database" under the Database menu, I did this with no effect. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
