Is anyone else having trouble when modifying a report in 64bit Vista when VFP (VF9SP2) is "run as administrator"?

Any attempt to look at the report properties gives a printer not ready error and i can't get into 'page setup'.

There's no error when not in admin mode nor do i remember getting it in admin mode under 32 bit Vista .

Tried "set printer on" and "set printer to default" and different printers all to no avail.

SET PRINTER TO \\server\printer is reporting 'error accessing printer spooler' in admin mode (but works in normal mode) which i'm guessing is related.

(VFP is started in admin mode with this one project because it includes a COM server that gets registered at build time.)

The workaround is to open VFP in normal mode when i need to modify a report but....

thanks

Nigel

sorry... that should have read :

SET PRINTER TO NAME \\server\printer

and just noticed that GETPRINTER() gives printer not ready error when in admin mode.
