Modify WSS site with Frontpage

I currently have a WSS meeting workspace site. I created a Page called "Reports". I want to change the link from the "Reports" tab, so when I click on it, it goes to a document library instead of opening up the "Reports" page. How do I go by doing that?

I am able to modify the link bars without any problems, but it doesnt allow to change the link for the tabs...
