Modify the Online Help file

Hi all,

I'd like to modify the ePortfolio online help available to our users. We're modifying ePort (and I'm actually starting to "get it" thanks to you guys) to fit our particular needs and I'd like to modify the help to match our other modifications. How do I do this? I've never worked with an online help file before so I don't have a clue as to where to begin.
