modify the location of saved attachments

I want to give access from my website to attachments that arrives to email account (outlook) that on the IIS server.
I noiticed that the attachments are being saved on the

C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\

I want to change this location to the inetpub\in order for the users to read it from the website.

HOw to do it?
