Modify the default profile (ntuser.dat)

How can I modify the default user profile from a vbscript ?
Is the a method that allows to load the ntuser.dat from the default user ?
With kixtart I used the loadhive function to do this job.

what part of the default user profile do you want to modify? we should only be talking about updating the registry or file based updates, all of which are do-able
