Modify the Code on a List-Editing-aspx Page

Hello,

I wan't to modify the Code of the Page where you can add or modify your List-records in Sharepoint.

So the Information which is entered in this two Pages should also apply to a Database which is accesssed by a COM-Object.
I think there must be a way of modifing these Standard-Editing-Pages, so that i don't have to create a new Webpart which has the same function like the Standard-Editing-Pages of a List-record.
