Modify Selection Formula if using 'startswith'

Is it possible to run the .exe version of my report and prompt for a change to the 'startswith' selection formula upon printing?

Currently the report runs as if the 'startswith' formula is saved data.

Modify Selection Formula is selected.
Save Data With Report is unselected.

Crystal 8.5
