Hello Guys,
long time ago since I have been here, but I could use some help.
For compliance reasons and other stuff like that, I have been asked if it is possible to perform the following.
We have a couple of printservers (W2K3) in our domain with 600 printques each.
During a gigantic DRP test the management would like to disable the possibility to print on all printers except a specific few.
I have the script to list out all the printques, and removed the ones that still need to be accessible during the DRP,
but I have no clue how to disable the other 1700 printques.
I was thinking of removing the share of the printque, but I have no idea how to script this.
Does anybody know how to do this?
Or does somebody have another suggestion?
Thanks in advance…
Please tell me if I'm wrong I like to learn from my mistakes...
