Modify Picture Frame properties through CognosScript?

I don't see anything. There is a limited set of properties and methods for the selected frame. Nothing in detail on picture properties or how to modify them.

I'm not even able to find a function to select a frame through CognosScript. You can work with a frame selected by the user, but it doesn't appear capable of selecting a frame programmatically.
I am what I am based on the decisions I have made.
