Modify ODBC for everyone - USER DSN

Does anyone know how I can change the USER DSN in the Data Sources for ODBC for everyone (control panel), without having to logon as each user?

The box is a MetaFrame XP 1.0, TS 4.0 SP6A.

I posted a question two days ago about changing IP Addresses, and had some quick replies that were helpful.

My users connect to an AS400 using a client access odbc driver that is configured to an IP Address. I need to change the ip address that is configured for each user, and I am not sure how to do this without logging on as each user and manually modifying it through control panel.

Any ideas?
