Modify Job crashes Arcserve Manager

Hello,
I am running Arcserve 200p SP4 and applicable hotfixes on win2k serv sp3. When I want to modify a normal or gfs job the manager crashes with:
Alert Version (null),Exception Handler Ver 1.0
Exception Time : Wed Jul 02 14:49:31 2003
Exception Cause : EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (attempting to read)
Exception Flags : Noncontinuable exception
Exception Address : 282019bbh
Does this all the time.

Any one ?
