Modify J169 contacts

We have Avaya Aura system manager 8.1 and 1000 users at Session manager.
I'd like to see only some contacts on the J169 which're just some current users except the virtual numbers and other numbers not being used.
Is there any option at Session manager for an user to select to show up or not?

My first thought would be to create different tenants in CM. Are these users never going to contact the virtual numbers for example? You can use tenants so they are unable to dial them.
