I have a VB program that opens up an Excel sheet and prints it out. It was working fine until we acquired a printer that has multiple bins. How can I access the printing preferences, options properties from VB so I can change them accordingly?

Hi,

Not knowing your printer/driver, here's a generic answer.

Turn on the Macro Recorder and then go thru the process of seting the printer functions you wish to set.

Turn off the macro recorder and alt+F11 which opens the VB editor -- view your code to see if the particular setting was recorded. If it was NOT, chances are that it is a property that VB cannot manipulate.
