Modifing Form Mod. with Code

i'm in the process of implenting a new standard across my forms. Can I write a process that would insert the same call process through all of the forms in my database. I was able to find code that creates a new form then writes the events behind the form, but this would be for an existing set of form and haven't been able to find anything yet.
