Modifiers to allow any admins builtin-admin to create or modify docs

I am finally starting to figure out that UAC controls all over Server 2008. I did find however a document that shows how to allow admins access to applications.

What I have yet to find is a document on allowing Admins the right to create, modify, or delete a file without having to add my actual account to that specified Folder, document, etc......


Any good articles on this?
