We would like to create a modified version of the Item Masterfile Audit report that shows only certain fields that are offered by the standard report AND shows pricing. We use Item Pricing and associate a letter with each price level.

We use Mas90, Rel 3.71.

Is this do-able?

Thanks,

Ann

Why would you use the audit report to show pricing? Are you trying to get a price list report?

We need a report (spreadsheet) that lists any new items that are set up in inventory, their weight and their Item price by price level.

It seems that the audit report would be a good place to start, it has all the info that we need except the pricing.

I'm open to other suggestions. I don't know if how we set our prices makes it complicated, but we use Item Pricing, then Price Level A, B and C for every item.

Thanks,

Ann

Ann,

Sure - you could use Crystal. The IM_99 file is the Audit Report file. To get the Standard Price, Retail Price, or weight you would link over to IM1 Inventory Master file and link by Item Number.

To get prices by price level, you'd link over to the IMB_PriceCode file and link by Item Number. You would be looking for PriceCodeRecord = "1" records (these are the Item Price Records).

This link would be one-to-many since for each item there would be record for each price level.
