How should I implement modifications on an existing report in CE portfolio ? Within Crystal info, there was a 'refresh' button on the object to implement modifications on an existing report. How does Crystal enterprise handles this ?

Hi, to modify an already published report, you can either modify the original source and republish ( which will give it a new ID#) or open the report from within The Enterprise folders with CR , modify it, and resave it
-If you have coded a database connection password on that report's database tab in the CMC, you will need to reset it.

If you have the RAS ( or formerly,Smart Reporting) component installed, you can do some 'on-the-fly'
mods to an existing report.See the SDK for the RAS.
