Does anyone recall in the good old days, you could take a Legend 800DID circuit pack, change the battery strap from the "off" position needed to function as a DID pack, to the "on" position for OPS, thus in effect converting it to function as an 008OPT pack? I have a client with a Magix R1 with a spare DID circuit pack 800DID that I could potentially convert to a much needed OPT pack. Has the internal design of the Magix 800DID circuit pack changed so as not to allow that hardware modification? Thank you.
