I need a way to record text against a report or report solution that does not appear on the report but is easy for a report writer to maintain
to see when the report was created, the author, the request reference, the requester and a brief description of what the report has been written/changed to do.
It's basically a modification history free format text.
I expected to be able to add a text file to the solution or maybe a solution wide description notes field but there doesn't appear to be one.
Any ideas out there?
