modiffy caller input options on Xpressions mail box

Greetings,

How can the "Caller input" options be notified for an Xpressions mail box. Currently, when you dial from an external location, the only announced options are * and # and 0 will take you to directory. Can the options to a specific extension be modified so that when a user calls into their own extension and selects 4 - this will grant them the ability to sign-in and access their messages?
