I have a USRobotics 56K modem attached to my server. Windows installs the modem with no trouble, however I can only use the modem once or twice before it stops working and in fact disappears from the device manager, and cannot be reinstalled until the server is rebooted. I have tried several different modems and cables already with the same results. Does anyone know how I can prevent this from happening? Thanks!
