Hi all,

Is there any reason why a modem call what get busy line?

For example i create a RAS enter extension 888 and then try to dial 888, i get busy tone??

The RAS should already exist for the built in modem, you don't need to create one just give it an extn..... or you don't have a modem i.e no ATM4 card in the system :)

i have an ATM and i have replaced with new,i did also just use the same RAS but with no avail.

Is there anything that could have blown in Chassis?

Strange, does it clash with anything else? I have only a combi in a lab system and gave it 333 as extn and the modem answers no problem :)
