Connects but no activity. I have changed speeds, etc. Using Procomm and Win7 works for other locations with SEB's but can't get the Opt 11 to do anything.
Have you got someone on site who can go to the console and check to see if the TTY is disabled?
Also, do you have an A/B switch to go between your PBX and voice mail systems? May be set for vmail. Try pressing CTRL and R key to refresh the screen.
