Modem sharing

It is possible to share out a modem on a NT4 workstation so that when it's not in use by that PC other workstations within a workgroup can use it to access the internet ? If as I suspect it is possible can anyone give me some pointers please ? ? Thanks in anticipation

the Webramp M3 and 2xx and 3xx routers share 1 to 3 modems among 1 to 253 computers, via ethernet. they may be what you are looking for (just as ISP access, not as faxes) I tried to remain child-like, all I acheived was childish.
