Hi everyone.
Im a newbie tech support in a call center company located in Asia...
I need some tips how to effectively troubleshoot a modem/router connectivity while doing multitask. Cus sometimes i feel lost. While doing lets say a trouble ticket, logging issue then walking a customer through troubleshooting steps fixing their connectivity issues.
