I've tried to use an "US Robotics V.Everything 56K modem" and wanted to install it to a Ultra 10 Solaris 8 system. Have configure everything like /etc/remote, /etc/ttydefs, added & configure to port a by using admintool. But when try to use:
tip -9600 /dev/cua/a
it prompts, connected & can't key in command anymore. Gotta use "~." for few times terminate it. Also use sacadm & pmadm to check, seems like no problem at all.
Can any expert advice on this? thanks.
