Modem Problem -- Please Help Urgent

Hi,
we have Citrix 1.8 on Windows NT Terminal Server 4.0. On this Citrix Server we a 16 Bit App is loaded which uses modem's to connect to BANK and gather their info.

This application is working fine with 2 id's. But rest of the ID's are not working since they are not able to dial out. I checked all the permissions on all possible folders and for rights issue. The ID's which are working are in one Group like other id's. But still on 2 id's are able to work but not other id's

Dose any abody has faced similar issue. any body as any ideas.

This looks like it might be a limitation of the app. I used a similar app at a local council I worked for, and we could only get it to work with one user. You may need to contact the vendor for a 32-bit version (although if you also work for a council, then the vendor probably either doesn't exist anymore, or has discontinued the product :-() CitrixEngineer@yahoo.co.uk
