I built something similar..
we had 10 modems and the company wanted one number for access.
I built a round robin Hunt group for the 10 extns and gave the pilot dn a DDI number so that it was accessable from outside
It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

if you have the package you can build a hunt group, if not each analog station will need hta an the dn of the next station at the hunt prompt.. no other changes in cls are needed.. with only the 1'st number in the chain given out you have a 10 station modem pool, if your using these for inbound traffic only, fre2 in the class will help.
