Modem on S8700 disconnects after 1 min.

Hi there,

Every time i make a connection to the S8700 USB modem. it drops the line after 1 min. i can login and can login with ASA.

Can somebody help me?

can you check the advanced tab on connection properties for that connection.

What are your timeout settings?

timeout settings are: dial again 3 times
time between dailing 1 minute
hang-up after: never.

I have the same problem om de S8300 LSP. i have tried is from different PC's and Analouge line.

Sorry - I should have been more clear.

I meant the advanced tab on connection properties within ASA?

timeout 40000 ms
idle disconnect 0 sec

i have this problem when i log in and do nothing. the software version is ACM 2.1 with the latest patch on the web. but this patch didn't solve the problem.
