I posted this once and I think I put in the wrong place...I'm very sorry.
I need a drived for Rockwell HCF 56K Speakerfone PCI Modem.

I was told by my internet provider today that I need to go to Rockwells site and see if there are any new driver updates for my modem. I'm only able to connect at 28,000 and they think I need an update. Where do I go and what do I do?

Thanks!

You can try this site:

But I would guess that the driver has nothing to do with your problem. If you have more than 1 A/D (analog to digital) conversion in your connection, then it is impossible to connect at any rate higher than 33.6K. Most modems will not connect higher than 26.4K.

It is difficult to tell this if you are at home, but if you are in an office situation, then you probably have analog trunks on your PBX or key system, meaning that you are making 3 A/D conversions.

Good luck!
