I have a site that we must power cycle the modem to connect remotely. We have replaced the modem severale times. It is on a Octel Aria system. I am trying to find something that can be used to power cycle the modem remotely.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

How are you setting up the modem? are you using the string in the install book?

You could put a timer on the power like i use on my Christmas lights to turn off at 1 am and back on at 1:05 am but you should not have to do this.

We are programming the modem per Octels configuration. This site just has trouble all the time with the US Robotic modems. I found a unit to power cycle the modem but your way would be cheaper. We are going to replace the modem one more time and see what happens. Thanks for your reply.
