Modem for SBS 5.0

Could someone suggest a right brand 56K External modem for a Small Business Server 5.0, one of our customer is still using 28.8k internal modem & he is unable to find the right modem which work with SBS 5.0. We have tried most of the Novell approved modem but it doesnt work. So is there anyone with practical Appllicatiion in any known brand which works fine with Novell SBS 5.0. I have also requested Novell Testing LAbbut I am not sure when I will get the reply.

An 3Com/USRobotics external modem will work as long as its not a WINModem. However, the best is the Courier line from the same company but the sportster line will work as well.

But before you go out an purchase another modem make sure you have the both serial NLMs loaded, AIO and AIOCOMX with the proper parameters.
