Hi I need a driver for a rockwell basic usb modem in Win2k. Any help?

hi i have a rockwell modem which is 33600 pnp speakerphone( R6749) and internal i have upgrade my widows to windows xp and unfortunately it did not detect my modem automaticaly so please let me know what i can do?

I'm looking for a windows driver for the modem half of a modem/soundcard. the modem is a rockwell rcv144dpi. I looked at windrivers.com, but they don't have it. Do you know where to get it?
