I have a Lucent Win Modem in my PCI slot #3. I have call-waiting with my phone company. When I am online and someone calls my phone number, it will ring forever and I will stay online, oblivious of anyone trying to call me.
I want it so that when someone calls me, I am disconnected from the Internet and the phone starts ringing, allowing me to pick up and have a pleasant conversation with whoever is calling me. I am also on Windows XP, if this makes any difference.
I would really appreciate any advice on setting this up. Thank you for your help!
