I have made a program which communicates with different units thart we also manufactures. Some of the units are placed up to 1200 Km away which makes it some task to drive to the unit, load a patch and then drive back. On some of the units we have modems and this saves a lot of driving. I have made a Dial-Up but it's quite a stone-axe, do anyone know if there is a "simple" way of implementing modem-control???

I think that you can not avoid such a 'nice' things as RAS and TAPI if you wish to control modem and dial-up connections. Anyway, you should look for this in some SDK-help files (preferably MSDN). It is really low-level, but it is worthed !

Usually on a Windows OS there is a Program RASDIAL.EXE. Launch this Program from your application to establish connection.
