Modem connection to S8300C on CM4

Would like to know if anyone has had a problem with a modem connection to the S8300C on CM 4(R014.0.0.731.2).All connects ok and can communicate with the PABX via ASA how ever their is a delay in the time from typing in a command till the reply from the PABX. The S8300 is used in G350 of which we have 2 sites with the same condition??

I hate will's there are always other relatives around
