Morning,
CM 7.01 with G450 gateways. 7.01 System/Session Manager. DS1 board MM710BP HW14 FW 102, Analog MM716AP HW14 FW 102.
Here is the issue:
Rain bird software dials a 10 digit number, goes to the ARS chooses the local route pattern and uses trunk 1 in GW 1 about a mile away from this site. Call connects with the handshake at 2400 baud starts it download and after about 30 seconds fails and drops the call. These are very old modems so 2400 is the highest they can go. Codec set 1 is set to T-38 Standard, modem is pass-through. Verified this on the trace. On the station COS is 7 COS 1 and XOIP is set to auto. I tried fax and modem and didn't make any difference. This does work on internal calls and it worked before on the old Nortel equipment before we migrated them to the new CM. We have 10 of these 10 digit numbers and it fails on all of them. I can call each of the numbers and they answer with the fax tones. GW sync is set to oo1V2 which is the DS1 board. Any ideas on what could be causing this issue?
